[HR ER Manager] Role & Responsibilities ¢¹ Provide advice and risk mitigation strategies for complex employee issues and concerns ¢¹ Provide technical advice on business restructures ¢¹ Engage effectively with stakeholders to identify and address their concerns regarding ER initiatives ¢¹ Ensure ER alignment with other efforts across HR, divisions and/or the company ¢¹ Develop and maintain an ER organization structure that is fit for purpose
Job Requirements
¢¹ HR experience in a global organization communicating in English ¢¹ Knowledge of best practices in ER policies, practices and solutions ¢¹ Strong technical understanding of employment laws and practices within region ¢¹ Experience in transformational HR ER and business change
